Wolfgang Kaufmann will take part in t he 24 Hours of Spa with his favourite toy, a turbocharged Porsche.

The Belgian PMB team has bought the former PSI cars and will campaign one of them in the GT1 category at the 24 hour race. The official FIA-GT test day served primarily as a roll-out, another test sesion was held last Tuesday.

At this test, Kaufmann drove the car for the first time: “A turbo Porsche is always a neat thing. The test was a lot of fun, and we were motoring along just fine. I am certainbly looking forward to racing in the Spa 24h again.”

Kaufmann will be supported by two Belgian drivers, and possibly by his FIA-GT partner Alexander Talkanitsa.
